I am back from another wonderful season of fishing in beautiful Alaska. I had a great season this year, and let me tell you this salmon is delicious.
A healthy diet includes fish at least once a week. Thirty pounds is a good start for a family of four, or a couple who likes to entertain. A two person family could make ten to twentypounds last a year. A bear could eat the whole thing in a week!
